Alaska is such a heavy / melodic / technical / bluesy / what ever you can come up with cd that no song sticks to one emotion. The stand out track for me is Selkies: An Endless Obsession. I think it is because of the awesome synth + guitar intro followed up by a brilliant solo with lots of sweeps.

If you like hard technical music you will no doubt love this cd.
